Baking Chaos

Yesterday's oral declaration in Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado, in which a bakery claims a gratis oral communication correct to decline to brand a cake for a same-sex wedding, suggested that a bulk of the Court may go inclined to dominion for the baker. 

But the most coherent agency for the justices to produce that would signify almost nil nearly the larger query of how to resolve the tension betwixt same-sex rights in addition to religious liberty. Instead, it would complicate President Trump’s life in, of all things, the evidently unrelated move ban case.
